I’ve been residing at *Cue at Galatyn* Station apartment in Richardson for a year now, which is a friendly and inviting community! It is a 2B2B apartment and I’m currently looking for a single female roomate to share this lovely space starting mid *December 2024/January 2025*(dates are flexible)

Apartment comes with *Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Convention Oven, Refrigerator, and Dishwasher*
Rent – *$950 + utilities*

Amenities: *Gym, Roof Top Swimming pool*
Less than 2 min walk to DART train station

I prefer a *vegetarian, non-smoker*. Keeping the common areas clean and maintaining a friendly environment is highly appreciated.
