– A one-time nonrefundable full year upfront payment of $400 (free initial service + tax included)

We’ll take care of your house for a year, but you can lock your price for up to 8, 10, 12 or 16 regular services, and during that period prices will not change. A full description of services will be texted to you prior to initial service for your acknowledgment.
